The Art of the Bean

Cultivation & Harvesting
Grown in tropical highlands, coffee trees take 3–4 years to produce cherries. Farmers pick only the ripest cherries by hand or machine.

Processing & Drying
Cherries are processed either washed (wet) or natural (dry), then dried under the sun until the beans reach optimal moisture.

Roasting & Grinding
Green beans are roasted to develop flavor and aroma, then ground to the right size for brewing method.
