What types of coffee do you offer?

We currently offer premium specialty coffee in ground form, available in medium and dark roasts. Each blend is thoughtfully crafted to deliver bold flavor and consistent quality.

How fresh is your coffee?

Our coffee is packed at peak freshness to preserve its rich flavor and aroma. Every bag is sealed to lock in quality, so you enjoy your coffee at its best from the first scoop to the last.

Where do you source your beans?

We work with trusted growers and suppliers who share our commitment to quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.

Do you sell accessories?

Yes! We offer a curated selection of brewing essentials, coffee ground straws, storage solutions, and lifestyle items like the 2026 Coffee Planner, designed to enhance both your coffee experience and daily productivity.

Online Orders

Can I collect my order in-person?

We currently accept online orders only. All orders are shipped directly to your address.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your package in real time.

Can I make a change to my order?


Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Canada (and soon to the U.S.). Stay tuned for updates on expanded shipping.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. We also offer same-day and next-day delivery within the GTA, so you can enjoy your fresh coffee even sooner.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on location and order size. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150. The final cost appears at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because coffee is perishable, we do not accept returns on roasted beans. If something isn’t right with your order, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Which items are non-returnable?

Coffee ground straws, roasted coffee, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Coffee Subscriptions

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! Subscribe and save while enjoying coffee delivered your way. Choose your frequency, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What types of subscriptions do you offer?

  • Subscription Cashback Rewards

Subscribers earn 4% cashback on every recurring order. Once your order is processed, the reward is added to your account and can be applied toward future purchases or subscription extras, like additional coffee bags or filters.

Cashback rewards build up with each subscription order and can only be used while your subscription is active. Canceling your subscription will forfeit any remaining rewards. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and apply exclusively to coffee, select brewing gear, and filters purchased on our website.

  • Additional Benefits

Subscribers save 12% on essentials including coffee containers, select brewing equipment, journals, and additional coffee added to upcoming shipments. Check your subscription portal for full details.

From time to time, subscribers may also receive exclusive offers, special invitations, and surprises in their shipments, subscription portal, or inbox enhancing the coffee experience even further.

How do subscription rewards work?

  • Cashback on Every Order

Every time your subscription renews, you earn 12% cashback. These rewards are added to your account after each order and can be applied to future subscription shipments, coffee ground straws, coffee containers, or brewing equipment.

Your rewards grow with every order while your subscription stays active. If you decide to cancel, be sure to redeem your cashback first. Unused rewards will expire once your subscription ends.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid only for coffee, select brewing equipment, and containers purchased through our website. They can currently only be used on online orders.

  • Referral Program – Give $20, Get $20

Share the love! Give your friends $20 off their first coffee order of $50 or more, and after a successful referral, you’ll earn $20 in subscription cashback, automatically credited to your account.

  • Extra Perks for Subscribers

Enjoy 12% off essentials like coffee filters, select brewing gear, merchandise, and extra coffee when you add them to your upcoming deliveries. You can easily manage these through your subscription portal.

And that’s not all, you’ll occasionally receive exclusive offers, early access perks, and special surprises in your shipments or inbox.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! Pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

You will be charged at the time of your subscription sign-up and then automatically according to the frequency you selected (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).

I received an email that says there was an error processing my subscription. What do I do?

Please check that your payment details are correct. If the issue persists, contact us at support@emberandreverie.com so we can resolve it promptly.
