At Ember & Reverie Coffee Co., your satisfaction matters. We aim to provide the highest quality coffee and products, but we understand that issues can arise. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Perishable & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on perishable items like roasted coffee. However, if something isn’t right with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Roasted coffee
  • Coffee ground straws (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Gift cards

Accessories & Merchandise

Returns are accepted on non-perishable items like coffee accessories and planners under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Customer covers return shipping, unless the item was incorrect or damaged
  • No restocking fees will be charged

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
