Welcome to Ember & Reverie Coffee Company Inc. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By placing an order, subscribing, or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully.
1. Company Information
This website is operated by Ember & Reverie Coffee Company Inc. (1711952-6), located in Etobicoke, ON, Canada. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ember & Reverie Coffee Co.
2. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products & Services
We sell:
- Perishable goods (roasted coffee beans)
- Non-perishable merchandise (coffee ground straws, brewing equipment, coffee containers, journals)
- Digital gift cards
- Subscription-based coffee delivery
All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
4. Order Process
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are fulfilled within (1–2 business days), and shipping timelines vary depending on your location.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in CAD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and trusted third-party providers. We do not store your credit card information.
6. Shipping
We currently ship to customers within Canada only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day.
- GTA Orders:
Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery is available through Flashbox for eligible orders placed before 11 AM (Mon–Fri). Deliveries arrive between 5 PM – 10:30 PM and are limited to Flashbox’s coverage area. - Rest of Canada:
Shipped via Canada Post or UPS, with estimated delivery in 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
All delivery timeframes are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Tracking is provided when available.

7. Returns & Refunds
Coffee & Perishables:
All sales are final unless the product arrives defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue.
Merchandise:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Digital Products (Gift Cards):
All digital gift card sales are final and non-refundable.

8. Subscriptions
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring charges based on the delivery frequency you selected (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
You will be charged at the time of sign-up, and then automatically on a recurring basis. Subscriptions continue until cancelled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting us at sales@emberandreverie.com.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our site including text, photos, logos, and branding is the property of Ember & Reverie Coffee Company Inc. and may not be used without written permission.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to use our website or services:
- For any illegal purpose
- To interfere with or disrupt our website
- To collect personal data of others
- To violate any applicable laws
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our products, including misuse of brewing equipment, allergies, or shipping delays.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
